Five cadets travelled to a chilly Okehampton Battle Camp this weekend to undertake the Wing Junior and Senior NCO courses. Through continual assessment they had to demonstrate to staff their skills and knowledge in drill, leadership, squadron management, presentation skills
Junior Leaders is a HQ Air cadets course for developing leadership skills of all NCO ranked cadets using military skills as a learning vehicle. FS Taylor has spent several months completing this course, and has now finished with a Merit.
Cpl Pallett and Cpl Vaughan attended the week long Air Cadet Leadership Course (ACLC) over the last week. The week puts the cadet’s leadership, communication and teamwork skills to the test developing them in o progressive manner over the week.
